Blue Extra Dry, is a wine that Fabio Lamborghini wanted because it embodies the result of the ethical behavior and particularly respectful of the nature of the producer of the Euganean hills, in Veneto. Blue Extra Dry takes its name from the color favored by Fabio, a symbol of depth, serenity and harmony, the same qualities that he himself seeks in relations with the producers of his wine. A part of a wine collection with Tuscany origins, a symbol of Italian excellence and prestige.
Production area: Colli Euganei, Veneto.
Grapes: Garganega, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Moscato giallo.
Pruning system: Guyot.
Harvest: By hand.
Vinification: It is obtained from a careful selection of grapes in a suitable hilly area when cut to produce the sparkling wine base. The grapes are processed whole in the soft press, collecting only the best juice. The sparkling base is obtained with the Martinotti method and is then filtered and bottled.
Colour: Pale straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage.
Scent: Wild white berries, delicate citrus at the same time recalling notes of peach and elderflower.
Taste: Deep and clean, pleasant, soft, slightly savory, mineral and persistent taste with fine and lasting perlage.
Matches with: Aperitif, also excellent with summer first courses, rice and pasta salads, with vegetables of all seasons or aromatic sauces. Surprising with fish dishes prepared in the oven, fried, grilled or baked, as well as with raw fish and shellfish. Also try it with eggs or omelettes and their imaginative preparations.
